Summy and Bernadette Panao are Mother Tongue Translators who joined the Translation team when they were still both singles. Bernadette started out as an informant when the Mijareses started analyzing the Butbut grammar. At that tine she was alsready activiley leading kids and women in her church in her own village, Butbut Proper. Summy on the other hand was a fresh graduate from college when he first learned about the translation work for the Butbut. The Lord challenged him to give up his secular job and joined the translation team. Aside from translating, Summy and Bernadette are very active in leading their church in the village as well as in activities relating to inter church fellowships among the Butbut churches.
